Natapola we creates and sells plushies made with care and creativity. These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone using our website, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services.

2. Using Our Website

  • You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes.

  • Please don’t copy, reuse, or claim ownership of our designs, photos, or content without permission.

  • No hacking, spamming, or mischief-making. (Our plushies don’t like troublemakers!)

3. Products & Orders

  • Each plushie is handmade , so small variations in size, color, or details may occur.

  • Product descriptions and images on the site are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may happen.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary (for example, in case of errors, fraud, or stock issues).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Rupiah (Rp)

  • We accept [list accepted payment methods: e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].

  • Prices may change at any time, but once you place an order, the price at checkout is final.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within Monday to Friday.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control — but we’ll always try to help track your package.

  • You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to love your plushies! If you’re unhappy, contact us at contact@natapola.co.id within Monday to Friday of receiving your order.

  • Refunds or replacements may be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within [X days].

  • Custom plushies (made-to-order designs) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, designs, product images, text) belongs to Natapola Studio.

  • You may not use our designs, photos, or branding for resale, reproduction, or other purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to make high-quality, safe plushies. However, we are not liable for:

    • Misuse of our products

    • Delays or losses caused by shipping providers

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our plushies are not suitable for children under 2years old baby without supervision.

  • We collect personal information (like name, email, shipping address) only to process orders and improve your shopping experience.

  • We never sell your data to third parties.
